- What does Chirlo analytics measure?
- Page views, outbound clicks and page click rate, with breakdowns by traffic source, country, device, link and campaign. These are traffic and click metrics, not sales or revenue.
- Is analytics included in the free plan?
- Yes. The free plan shows the last 30 days and Plus a full year. Pro keeps your whole history and lets you choose any date range.
- Does Chirlo track sales?
- No. Chirlo measures visits to your page and clicks on your links. Purchases happen on your store or booking tool, which keeps its own records.
- Is it private for my visitors?
- Chirlo uses limited information such as where visitors came from, their country, device type and the link clicked. It does not store visitor IP addresses, complete browser details, precise locations or the complete addresses of websites visitors came from.
- Are my own visits counted?
- No. Visits you make while signed in are left out, and so is known automated traffic, so the numbers reflect real visitors.
