Questions about pricing
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. It costs €0, needs no credit card and has no time limit. You can publish a page and keep it on the free plan for as long as you like.
- What happens when I reach a free limit?
- Nothing you have made is removed. When you try to add more than the free plan holds, such as a second routing rule, Chirlo asks whether you would like to move up a plan. Forms stop taking new people once a page reaches 100, until you make room or upgrade.
- What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
- Plus removes the Chirlo footer and gives you more routing rules, a year of history and room for 1,000 subscribers. Pro adds routing by country and device, all of your history with custom date ranges, unlimited subscribers and 3 pages.
- What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
- Yearly costs less per month and is billed once a year: €2.99 instead of €4.99 for Plus, and €8.99 instead of €11.99 for Pro. You get the same plan either way.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. You manage and cancel your subscription from the Billing page in your account. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- How do I pay?
- You upgrade from inside your account. Payment is handled by our payment partner on a secure checkout page. Chirlo does not store your full card details.
