Questions about forms and audience
- Can I collect email sign ups from my link in bio?
- Yes, on every plan. Add a sign up form to your page and each address is saved to your audience, where you can search, export or remove it. Free pages hold up to 100 people, Plus 1,000, and Pro has no limit.
- Does Chirlo send newsletters?
- No. Chirlo collects and stores the list. You export it as a CSV file and send your emails with whichever email tool you prefer.
- Are forms included in the free plan?
- Forms are a Pro feature. Everything else on your page, including links, embeds and galleries, works on the free plan.
- What happens to my subscribers if I leave Pro?
- Your forms are hidden from your page until you return to Pro, and everything collected so far stays available to read and export.
- How is spam prevented?
- Each form carries a signed token from the page it was served on, includes a hidden trap field for bots, and limits how many submissions one visitor can make per minute.
